Refund Policy

At Morning Fix Coffee Co., we want you to enjoy every cup. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee for safety and quality reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right by offering a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
