❄️ Cold Brew Coffee Guide
Smooth, low‑acid, naturally sweet — the easiest brew you’ll ever make.
Cold Brew Coffee
Ingredients
1 cup (85–100g)
coarse‑ground coffee
4 cups (1 liter)
cold, filtered water
Optional
milk, cream, sweetener, flavored syrups
Instructions
1. Grind Coarse:
Use a coarse grind — similar to raw sugar. Too fine will over‑extract and create sludge.
2. Combine:
Add coffee grounds to a jar or pitcher, then pour in cold water. Stir to fully saturate.
3. Steep:
Cover and steep for **12–24 hours** in the fridge. Longer steep = stronger concentrate.
4. Strain:
Use a fine-mesh sieve, paper filter, or cold-brew infuser to remove all grounds.
5. Serve:
Dilute concentrate 1:1 with water or milk. Pour over ice and customize to taste.
6. Store:
Keep refrigerated for up to **7–10 days** for best flavor.

🎯 Flavor Control
- Too weak? Steep longer or use more coffee
- Too bitter? Shorten steep time
