Taste of Bali Blue

A rich, warming cup — dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar layered into something closer to dessert than breakfast.

Grown by smallholder farmers in the volcanic highlands of Kintamani, Bali, this coffee comes from Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor trees planted between 1,200 and 1,600 meters, in soil built from centuries of volcanic activity. Farmers here hand-pick each cherry, then wet-hull it before drying on raised beds — a traditional Indonesian method that gives the beans their signature heavy body and low acidity.
