Grown in Othaya, part of Kenya's Nyeri County, this coffee comes from SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11, and Batian trees — the defining varieties of Kenyan specialty coffee, several bred specifically for this region's high altitude and volcanic soil. The trees grow between 1,700 and 1,890 meters, among the higher elevations in this collection.

The coffee is fully washed, then dried on raised beds — Kenya's standard for specialty coffee, allowing even airflow that helps preserve the variety's signature clarity and brightness.
